Laundries are small, dense and full of services. Hot, cold, waste, gas in some older homes, and a tiled wet-area floor that often hides decades of patched waterproofing underneath. They look like the easy room on a renovation but they're frequently the hardest to strip cleanly because everything is packed into three or four square metres. We've stripped laundries from terrace bathrooms doubling as wet rooms in Surry Hills to walk-in laundries in Hornsby family homes — same care, same containment, same clean handover.
Most laundry strip outs are 2 to 4 hours start to finish. We handle the tub and cabinetry, all wall and floor tiling, the membrane below it, the dryer and washer connections (capped off by your plumber), and any joinery or shelving the renovation removes. The room is handed back swept clean and photographed, ready for waterproofer or plumber the very next day.

Older laundries commonly have asbestos in vinyl floor underlay or wall sheeting. We hold a SafeWork NSW asbestos licence so removal, air monitoring and clearance documentation are part of one quote.
