Retail strip outs run on the centre's clock, not yours. Westfield, Stockland, Centro and the major strata-managed strip mall centres each have their own contractor inductions, after-hours dock rules, and make-good specifications. Get any one of those wrong and you're back on site for a second night fixing what the centre manager flagged on the first walk-through. We've been doing centre-compliant retail strip outs across Sydney, Newcastle and the Central Coast since 2009 — Westfield Bondi Junction, Westfield Parramatta, Westfield Penrith, Stockland Green Hills, Charlestown Square, Erina Fair, Westfield Tuggerah and dozens of standalone shopfronts in between.|The job is usually a single overnight. Crew on site at 6pm after centre close, signage and shopfront down, joinery and partitions out, services capped, ceilings stripped where the make-good calls for it, floors lifted to base slab if the centre demands it, and the tenancy handed back to the centre manager before 8am. Where the make-good is heavier — full ceiling-grid replacement, sprinkler reinstatement or fire-egress modifications — we run two or three nights and coordinate every trade through one programme.

- Lease & Make-Good Review — We read the make-good clause in your retail lease and walk the tenancy with the centre management to confirm the strip-out spec matches what the centre will accept.
- Centre Induction & Programme — Centre contractor induction completed by the lead crew, dock window and after-hours block confirmed in writing, contractor sign-in paperwork lodged before the night.
- Trade Coordination — Sparky, plumber, gasfitter, fire and mechanical isolations all booked into the programme so the crew isn't waiting on a callout halfway through the night.
- Strip Out Night — Crew on site at lock-up. Signage and shopfront first, fixed joinery second, ceilings third, floors last. Dock cleared and lifts vacated before centre open.
- Centre Walk-Through — First-thing-in-the-morning walk with centre management to sign off make-good. Any make-good patching scheduled for the next quiet night before tenancy is handed to the agent.
