Commercial Strip Out

Office de-fits across whole-floor and part-floor tenancies in towers throughout the CBD — partitions, ceilings, raised flooring, server room cabling, kitchenettes and joinery removed and disposed of in line with the building's waste protocols. We work to agreed dock and lift schedules so neighbouring tenants never see a skip in the lobby.

After-Hours Make-Good

Most CBD leases require a specific make-good standard — often back to a base building condition with painted walls, capped services and a clean ceiling grid. We schedule the bulk of the noisy work between 8pm and 5am Monday to Friday, with quiet finishing during the day if the tenancy is already vacated.

Asbestos Removal

Older B-grade towers built before the late 1980s frequently still contain bonded asbestos in vinyl floor tiles, sheet flooring underlay and around riser penetrations. Our SafeWork NSW licensed crews handle removal under negative pressure where required, with full air monitoring and clearance certificates issued to the building manager.

Hospitality & Retail Strip Out

Cafés, restaurants and retail tenancies on George, Pitt, Castlereagh and Market streets — kitchen exhaust, refrigeration, joinery, shopfronts and signage stripped and the slab left clean for the incoming fit-out crew. We deal with grease trap pump-outs and shopping centre dilapidation reports as part of the package.
